How long does delivery take?

Your order arrives within 5 to 7 business days. As soon as it ships, we email you your tracking number.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over $1,500 MXN. For smaller orders, you'll see the exact cost before paying.

How do I choose my sweatshirt size?

Our sweatshirts have a regular unisex fit. For a relaxed fit, size up. Unsure? Message us on Instagram with your height and usual size and we'll recommend the right one.

Are the caps one size?

Yes. All our caps are corduroy with an adjustable strap and metal buckle, fitting most heads comfortably.

What is the Travel Set?

Can I exchange or return an item?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

How do I care for my cap and sweatshirt?

Caps: spot clean by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap; no washer or dryer. Sweatshirts: wash inside out in cold water, air dry, and don't iron over the embroidery.
